Thirty years collection experience, former bank collection supervisor and repossession agent.  Mr. Daggett left banking in 1981 to attend Law School with the objective of becoming a collection attorney.  He founded the firm in 1985 and has been licensed as a certified public accountant.  He has served as a Trustee for the National Foundation for Credit Counseling and serves on several non-profit boards.

As a principal of Daggett & Parker, Attorneys at Law, in Portland, Maine. Mr. Daggett practices primarily in the areas of debt collection, taxation, and small business law.  Mr. Daggett previously served as an adjunct faculty member of the Thomas College Graduate school, teaching accounting, taxation, and business law courses. Mr. Daggett received his A.S. and B.S. degrees, Summa Cum Laude, from Thomas College in Waterville, Maine and his J.D. degree from the University of Maine School of Law.   In 1994 Mr. Daggett received the prestigious Harry F. Fuller Award for outstanding contributions to the credit counseling movement.  He is co-author of Tax-Wise Banking, an educational text published by the American Bankers Association.  He is a member of the Commercial Law League of America and the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys.

Stev Y. Parker, Partner Admitted to the bar in 1988, with a background as a retail business owner. Mr. Parker handles most of the commercial claims and has become particularly adept in post-judgment collection. He is a member of the Cumberland County Commissioners Corrections Advisory Board and the Cumberland County Jail Advisory Board.
